Our stay at Aparthotel Pine Hills was great. The view from our cozy room was breathtaking and the staff was really polite. We loved the transportation service to the lift and back. The main manager was amazing, always there to help us through a very problematic week. Despite a few minor downsides, we had a clean room, great value for the price, and felt right at home with the helpful staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

As a solo traveler, I really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff at Pine Hills Pamporovo. They went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The main manager was particularly amazing, with great English and always available to assist with any problems or questions. The room I was given was clean and offered great value for the price. The location of the hotel, although not in the city center, provided a stunning view from my window. The staff even called to check if I needed any assistance with directions or recommendations. a great experience that I would definitely go back to.
Felt like royalty, no complaints.

Apartment had a nice kitchen for cooking, and the balcony had great mountain views. Activities in the area were fun, and the free parking nearby was convenient.
Such a shame there wasn't a restaurant 50 meters away, so I had to cook in my spacious kitchen.

The studio had a private entrance and soundproof walls, which made it feel cozy and secluded. The seating area and flat-screen TV with cable channels added to the overall comfort of the room. I loved the garden views that could be enjoyed from the studio. The separate bedroom and living room provided ample space for relaxation. The kitchenette with a dining area was a great addition as it allowed me to cook and enjoy meals in the comfort of my room.
Personally, I found the mountain views from the balcony a bit underwhelming, but others might still appreciate them.
